Speaking at the event Beth Duncan, BA Editing Instructor and Freelance Copyeditor Beth Duncan is a freelance copy editor in Chicago. She has more than thirty years of publishing experience as an editor and a copy editor. She was a senior copy editor at the Great Books Foundation and copy chief at Rotary International, and she has freelanced for clients in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She’s edited a wide range of content, including fiction and nonfiction books, magazines, scientific journals, professional development training guides, websites, newsletters, speeches, and marketing materials. Beth has a BA in English from Northwestern University.
